Initial Term
The initial term is three months, this is to allow for Machine Learning & Ai core to achieve maximum effectiveness.
Following the initial 3-month term client is free to adjust Ad_Logic™ spend up, down, pause or cease at clients sole discretion, with 30 days notice.
During the first 3 months, there are no additional charges, with one account fee covering all deliverables after which platform fees are $197 per month in addition to agreed Google spend.
Continuation After Initial Term
In addition to monthly agreed budget of no less than $833+gst p/m an additional monthly platform maintenance & service fee of $192+gst applies covering; server fees, domain, site administration + updates, Reporting Administration + Maintenance, CallI integration & service fee inclusive of all call charges & tracking + associated costs.
Opt-out
After initial term, If the client chooses to stop using the Ad_Logic™ platform the website & domain can be retained at a monthly minimum charge of $87+gst, Inclusive of Hosting / Server fees, Domain, Site Admin + Updates**.
Cancellation of service by client is accepted after initial term has been completed with 30 days notice via email or post to the Ad_Logic™Managing Agency, once received and the cancellation accepted, client will be notified by return email. Any invoicing due or becoming due within 30 days from date of cancellation acceptance email by Ad_Logic™Managing Agency is payable at clients current agreed budget, this becomes payable in full at date of acceptance.
Delivery Of Service
Live date unless otherwise specified or agreed by Ad_Logic™Managing Agency is the 1st of Month following competition of website build & receipt of platform fees.
Billing cycle
Unless stated or otherwise agreed upon, the initial four months charges become due ahead of time once the pre build business profile is completed or within 5 days of obtaining the terms.
Following the initial period, invoices are either monthly or quarterly in advance, issued on the 1st of each month and payable by the 15th of each month. The platform may be partially or fully suspended if fees remain unpaid after the invoice's due date, at Ad_Logic™Managing Agency's utter discretion.
If an account stays unpaid for 28 days, debt recovery actions may start, leading to added recovery expenses for the client & may negatively affect their ability to secure credit.
Ad_Logic™Managing Agency disclaims all responsibility for any performance loss due to non-payment & does not consider it as grounds for cancellation or refund.
Acceptance of Terms
Terms of Service are deemed to be accepted by client upon receipt of digital or hard copy to clients address via email or post.
Terms are subject to change, clients will be notified of changes via email with changes being deemed as accepted after 5 days of notification.

**Sites are integrated with Ad_Logic™ Platform, customised coding, backend, plugins, image licences and content remain intellectual property of Ad_Logic™Managing Agency.
Sites may not be transferred to another provider, as such cannot be used with external hosting or Adword provider.
